Breakfast: whole meal toast (70) with avacado (15)
fruit salad: blueberries, grapes, & orange (80) 

Lunch: cheerios (80)

I’m working tonight and I’m hungry :( hopefully i don’t binge ugh

out take: -260 at the gym

+ hooping (?)

total: 235 - 260

= -25

6th April

beginning of my new plan.

Breakfast: whole meal toast (75) with avacado (15)
apple (80) and hash brown (100)

Dinner: bite of boyfriends healthy burger I made him (30?)

total: 320

Out take: (busy day so wasn’t at the gym for long)

total 320 - 170

= 150

breakfast: Cup of cheerios dry (100)
grapes & blueberries (50)
wholegrain toast with honey (100)

Lunch: Fruit cup (50)

Dinner: TBA

out-take: 270 cals

total 300-270 = 30 + dinner

today I decided I wanted to try and up my daily intake because these binges have been occurring way too often, so I had a big hearty breakfast and totally forgot about my plan for the rest of the day /sigh 

fuck the fact that binges exist :(

4th April 2011

breakfast: fruit salad (100) & whole grain toast (80) coffee (5)

lunch: 1/2 an apple (35) & cup a soup (80)

Dinner: garden salad with chicken (150)

Out Take: 100 - cross trainer
250 - bike
100 - run

total: 450 cals - 450

= 0, haha didn’t even realize my total was zero until I added this all up. score :D
